If you are planning on participating in person, PAMED has reserved a block of rooms at the discounted rate of $286 per night (plus tax and fees). Reservations can be made by calling (1-855-729-3108), be sure to ask for the Pennsylvania Medical Society room block or at the link below.
Discounted rate will be available until August 29, 2024 OR the room block is full. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. We hope that attendees will elect to stay over Saturday night to attend the additional networking and social activities. However, please be advised that if you are unable to stay over Saturday, you must check out of their room PRIOR to the start of HOD Business (9:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 26). Bags can be taken back to your car in the morning or they can be stored at the hotel front desk). For guests staying over Saturday night, check out is 11:00AM on Sunday.
