Who Can Vote in Leadership Position Elections?
If any elections are contested, delegates and ex-officios with the right to vote will vote for elected leadership positions on their phone, tablet, or laptop through PAMED’s e-voting system.

Candidates running for these positions must include a letter of endorsement from their specialty.
If you are a component/specialty/section wishing to submit a voluntary endorsement letter for a candidate, late endorsement letters may be submitted as a PDF to HOD@pamedsoc.org by September 12, 2026 @ 4:00 p.m. EDT.

To run for a vacant position at the 2026 House of Delegates, you will need to submit your name and Biographical Sketch information to be included in the Official Call and for the PAMED Election Manual by Wednesday, July 1, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. EST through the Candidate Submission Portal.
Complete resolutions, reports, and detailed HOD information will be posted to the HOD website on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
