Who Can Vote in Leadership Position Elections?
If any elections are contested, delegates and ex officios with the right to vote will vote for elected leadership positions on their phone, tablet, or laptop through PAMED’s e-voting system.
How to Vote
Voting will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Those eligible to vote will receive an email or text from Election Buddy. You should follow the link in your email or text.

To run for a vacant position at the 2025 House of Delegates, please submit your name and biographical sketch information by July 1, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. EDT. for the Official Call and PAMED Election Manual.

- Title (Credentials as you wish to have published in the elections manual)

- Endorsement letter *required for Specialty Trustee, suggested for other positions
If you are a component/specialty/section wishing to submit a voluntary endorsement letter for a candidate, late endorsement letters may be submitted as a PDF to HOD@pamedsoc.org by September 13, 2025 @ 4:00 p.m. EDT.

- Current and former positions held within Component Medical Society
- Current and former positions held within Pennsylvania Medical Society
- Current and former positions held within American Medical Association
- Current and former positions held within specialty societies or other related groups and activities
- CV to upload (.doc, .dox, or .pdf acceptable)
- Current membership within PAMPAC or other related Medical PACS
- Foundation donation history (Yes/No, not details)
- Professional headshot (.jpeg or .png acceptable)
- Candidate statement “Why should you be elected to the position?”

- Conflict of Interest Information: details of any relationships, interests, or situations that may be viewed as a conflict while serving as an elected member must be disclosed and will be reviewed by PAMED’s General Counsel.
