    If you have any questions about the process for submitting a proposed amendment, or wish to propose a change to the Bylaws, please contact HOD@pamedsoc.org and ask for assistance to assure that the intent of your change is properly recorded for full consideration by the 2025 House of Delegates. Your Speakers request amendments be submitted by Thursday, June 10, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. EST.

    Candidate Submission Portal Closes

    To run for a vacant position at the 2025 House of Delegates, you will need to submit your name and Biographical Sketch information to be included in the Official Call and for the PAMED Election Manual by Thursday, July 1, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. EST through the Candidate Submission Portal.

    Candidates who wish to run from the floor may announce their candidacy at the Welcoming Business Session (virtual) on Saturday, September 13, 2025.

    Official Call Posted

    As written in the PAMED Bylaws: The Official Call shall include information to provide notice to the members of the Society of the business to be conducted at a meeting. If a meeting includes elections, the Official Call shall include the nominees known at that time, and such other information as deemed appropriate by the secretary.

    Candidates who wish to run from the floor may announce their candidacy at the Welcoming Business Session (virtual) on Saturday, September 13, 2025.

    Candidates running from the floor must submit their candidate information to be listed on the ballot. Anyone wishing to submit a late endorsement letter for candidates must submit them in PDF format to HOD@pamedsoc.org by today at 4:00 p.m.

    Reference Committee Reports will be posted to the HOD website on Wednesday, August 13, 2024. Plan your caucus meetings immediately following the distribution of these reports.
