SUGGESTED RECOMMENDATION FOR THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES

RECOMMENDATION:

The Board of Trustees recommends Resolution 25-420, Learning from Expert Opinions, not be adopted at the 2026 House of Delegates as the study would require a significant outlay of resources while uncertainty exists as to whether the subject of the study, the expert opinion database, would, if implemented, achieve its stated objective.
