Supreme Court rules against PAMED and AMA in Amicus Case
Recently, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled unfavorably in Mertis v. Oh, a case in which PAMED and the American Medical Association had joined forces to file multiple amici curiae briefs as the case moved through the appellate process.
