   I believe the Senate looks at this bill as an easy opportunity to satisfy a group thereby gaining political approval without understanding the practical dangers it creates for patients.  Being members of the state ruling class they won't face the obstacles that ordinary citizens face when trying to see a physician.  They are privileged.
