During her tenure at Family Care of Middletown, her oversight included expansion of the practice into a new facility housing not only family care, but hospital-based services (lab draw, physician therapy, xray, mammography, and dexa-scan) with all patients processed through a central registration process. Sharon was a member of the Studer Group’s Journey to Excellence, represented the PEER review team for practice manager recruits, and was a co-creator of the manual for Practice Managers. Sharon was also named to Pinnacle Partners, a mentorship program for potential future leaders of Pinnacle Health.
