Supreme Court Rules in Allegheny Repro v DHS Case
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued a significant ruling concerning abortion rights in Allegheny Reproductive Health, et al. v. Pa. DHS, et al. The Court’s decision sets up a court challenge of the statutory restriction on the use of public funds to pay for abortions in the Commonwealth.

PAMED Joins with the AMA to File Amicus Brief Matos v Geisinger
PAMED joined the AMA in filing an amicus brief in Matos v. Geisinger Medical Center, et al., a case currently before the PA Supreme Court. A final decision in the case is expected sometime in 2024.

Supreme Court rules against PAMED and AMA in Amicus Case
