  • Catch-Up and Early MMR Vaccination Recommendations During Measles Outbreaks

    Between April and June 22, 2026, the Pennsylvania Health Department confirmed 61 measles cases across Berks, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties. Early, accelerated and catch-up MMR vaccinations are indicated for people living or visiting these areas.
  • FTC and States Sue WPATH for Deceptive Practices

    Today the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and four states filed a lawsuit against the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), alleging that WPATH violated the Federal Trade Commission Act and several states’ laws by furnishing deceptive information concerning medical sex transition services for children to financially benefit WPATH members.
